Each coaster is approximately 4" in diameter. The bottoms of each coaster have bumpers underneath to protect surfaces and reduce sliding. When cleaning them, coasters should not be immersed in water, but cleaned with a damp cloth.

Berry Baskets are reinforced with wood trim on the inside walls, as well as on the inside base. Bumpers or cork are placed on the bottoms to prevent sliding.

The glass bottle vases have felt bottoms to reduce slipping and/or scratching any surfaces.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin_gigi@joliajames.com, and include a brief description of the defect and/or damage, as well as any relevant pictures of the defective/damaged item(s). Upon receipt and review, we will send you a return packing slip to accompany your return/exchange.
Exempt Goods:
The following are exempt from refunds: Gift cards; some health and personal care items; consumable items, such as drink mixers which have been opened; any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
All shipping is made from the United States (PA).
