Thank you for shopping with Rustic Cellar Chic by Jolia James! We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase. If 15 or more days have passed since you received your purchase (based on the tracking that is used for every package), refunds and exchanges may not be applicable.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
Buyer should message us within 3 days of receiving item(s), and include detailed pictures and explanation of the problem or issue. If item(s) is/are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and the item(s) must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds, if granted, will be based on the cost paid for a purchase. Clearance items will not be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin_gigi@joliajames.com, and include a brief description of the defect and/or damage, as well as any relevant pictures of the defective/damaged item(s). Upon receipt and review, we will send you a return packing slip to accompany your return/exchange.
Exempt Goods:
The following are exempt from refunds: Gift cards; some health and personal care items; consumable items, such as drink mixers which have been opened; any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
