The shells have been finished with a pearlized/cream coloring on the inside, decoupaged with a blue and white floral design, or embellished with an inspirational word, and finished with a delicate gold trim that catches the light beautifully. These unique ring holders are then sealed with a water-based sealant to protect the artwork for years to come! The base of these shells are wooden, embellished with sand on the top, a na nautical rope trim on the side, and faux pearl feet at the base - to complete the beach lover look!

Each oyster shell is approximately 3" in length. Clam shells are approximately 2 1/2" in width. Base of the dish is protected with rope/cord embellishment or bumpers to protect surfaces, and is approximately 3.5" in diameter and 1/4" thick.

If item(s) is/are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and the item(s) must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds, if granted, will be based on the cost paid for a purchase. Clearance items will not be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin_gigi@joliajames.com, and include a brief description of the defect and/or damage, as well as any relevant pictures of the defective/damaged item(s). Upon receipt and review, we will send you a return packing slip to accompany your return/exchange.

Exempt Goods:

The following are exempt from refunds: Gift cards; some health and personal care items; consumable items, such as drink mixers which have been opened; any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
All shipping is made from the United States.
